Is it possible to have a noble train from a 8K point village??

Not if the player has only 1 village. Each academy level is capable of making 1 noble, so a level 3 academy can only make 3 nobles.

If the player had other villages, and had already built a noble train in the 8k village in question before losing them (and therefore their academy levels), then yes. It is possible.

This player has multiple villages, but only 4 attacks from 1 village... thoughts?

Are they at noble speed?
Then I'd say they're nobles.

Usually you just message the player and ask nicely. Sometimes, they nicely tell you if you're doomed or not. Otherwise you'll need to find yourself a tagger.
