Why so many complaints? They are lowering prices... I think that we should be giving Inno some thanks for this one.

Was i the only one to notice TWs cock up (pardon my french but you'll thank me later :p)

Package 1: 200 premium points for 4.99 USD or 4.99 EUR or 2.99 GBP;

They left a loop hole....

4.99 USD = 4.0120 EUR
4.99 USD = 3.1891 GBR

Europe, you guys got a nice tick to play there :p

Unfortunaly it doesnt work out to well for us brits :(

4.99 USD = 3.1891 GBR

Surely what you posted makes out that it works out better for those paying in sterling?

Yes. How sad for us to be paying 2.99 GBP rather than 3.1891 GBP?

The best way for anyone to pay at current exchange rates would be to convert to GBP first. (obviously as 4.99 USD gets the same as 2.99 GBP. So convert to 3.1891... and have some change. Equally 3.78 EU is approximately 2.99 GBP. So rather than spending 4.99 on what 2.99 GBP would get you, they could make it GBP and have a bunch of change.

Good try though. A shame you got it completely backwards.

The sheer stupidity in this thread... go bitch at your government or pay with USD, it's not hard. PP is still cheap enough, less than 5 euro a month if you are smart with your purchases.

For most players, the prices are lower than what they were before...

I'm sorry but the prices are the same and the points are less. That's not fair to us.
And something else please explain me the point of this discussion since it's a final decision...
At least in the .gr server they just did a plain announcement.

The majority of players on .net pay in USD or GBP, where the prices have decreased.

Really? Since you've decreased the points in which way they'll pay less?

Whatever it's a useless conversation since it's already done

Right now, 200 points cost $5.99 USD. After this update, 200 points will cost $4.99 USD. I'm sorry, but you're wrong. This is new vs old:

200 premium points for 4.99 USD vs 200 premium points for 5.99(obviously new is cheaper)
560 premium points for 10.99 USD vs 600 premium points for $14.99(51 points per USD vs 40 points per USD)
1400 premium points for 21.99 USD vs 1500 premium points for $29.99(63.7 points per USD vs 50 points per USD)
4300 premium points for 54.99 USD vs 5000 premium points for $69.99(78.2 points per USD vs 71.4 points per USD)
7800 premium points for 89.99 USD vs 8500 premium points for $109.99(86.7 points per USD vs 77.3 USD)

As you can clearly see, every package now gives more for less when bought with USD. So for every US-based customer, this is a price cut. Here's the current prices, in case the change goes into effect before you want to look:

GBP:

200 premium points for 2.99 GBP vs 200 premium points for 3.99 GBP(66.9 points per GBP vs 50 points per GBP)
560 premium points for 7.49 GBP vs 600 premium points for 9.99 GBP(74.8 points per GBP vs 60 points per GBP)
1400 premium points for 15.49 GBP vs 1500 premium points for 18.99 GBP(90.4 points per GBP vs 79 points per GBP)
4300 premium points for 37.99 GBP vs 5000 premium points for 44.99 GBP(113.2 points per GBP vs 111.1 points per GBP)
7800 premium points for 59.99 GBP vs 8500 premium points for 69.99 GBP(130 points per GBP vs 121.5 points per GBP)

Euro:

200 premium points for 4.99 EUR vs 200 premium points for 3.99 EUR
560 premium points for 9.99 EUR vs 600 premium points for 9.99 EUR
1400 premium points for 19.99 EUR vs 1500 premium points for 19.99 EUR
4300 premium points for 49.99 EUR vs 5000 premium points for 49.99 EUR
7800 premium points for 79.99 EUR vs 8500 premium points for 79.99 EUR

As the prices didn't change, yes, euro price per point is going up.

I would just love it better if they didn't put such a long hold on pp when you buy them.
I have been playing premium account since I started over 7 years ago and liked it better
without the hold. It is our pp and we should be able to spend it however we want.
If they want to put a hold on new younger players then fine but they should know by
now that older players do not cancel credit card transactions.
