Dominance conditions are never set higher during the game. Only possibility is lowered, so I think we'll leave it where it is

Kekw surrendered and we have no interest in fighting turks, as they were our allies all game long and we have 50 % without it. Any chance that the world can end, as soon as we have 50%?.
