DNY - One of TW's greatest tribes ever?

my biggest question would be: how can you claim that DNY is the greatest tribe ever to play TW? seeing as no other worlds have yet ended all you can say is they are the best on W12...W18 is going to be ending soon as well (though not as soon as W12) and on W18 apoc/BA is the greatest tribe...right now it is not a matter of if just when we win over 90% of the world...the only true way to deterine the greatest tribe would be to have all the members of the winning tribes of at least 4-6 worlds play for the overall best...

DNY may arguably be not the greatest tribe ever, but they are definetely the first to dominate a World, that is what makes them "Great".

I get alot of attacks from DNY everyday lol, and I must admit they are good and launching 800 attacks within few minutes

But the attacks that come from the bottom players of DNY, are down-right useless, I don't know how they made it into DNY. Maybe the mass conquers of Barbs.

Sniped? How are you defining sniping? What I see you doing is simply moving your troops around and stacking on incoming noble trains. That is not difficult at all.

Ok yea definetely not sniping my mistake, But why do you guys allow me to move my troops around and kill your noble trains Most of the time you guys send the noble train few hours after the nukes, so gives me plenty of time relax, not my fault £££

Remember Rednecks this technique kept you from nobling my village for more than 1 month more or 2

Good timing takes a good amount of time. Something we no longer want or need to give. The easier and faster way is to simply send a train with a few lazy nukes in front and hope for the best. Then rebuild and try again if it fails. This produces moderate success and only takes a few minutes a day. Timing can take hours of waiting.

Today we're certainly not the most powerful tribe on the .net. That's obvious, nobody should argue for that. We're but a mere shadow of what we were.

But what we've accomplished has made DNY indisputably one of the greatest.

Well obviously they aren't as great as they were. This is just a clean up operation, and why spent tons of time on it if you can also do it with a few minutes a day?

True you might need some more time for those few that are left and defend but for the majority that is not needed.

But in the day when we were a warring machine, timing was being done all the time. People asking for sits to sent attacks for timed waves of attacks where there daily.

Because bad coordination takes no time, plain and simple. That and we all have a few hundred extra nobles, so who cares if we waste a few dozen. Clean up is too boring to put anymore time into it than what is needed. For you xlr84life, I could understand you wanting to put more time in it as it's not a cleanup operation for you it's more like survival. :icon_wink:

Oh you mean that village you had sitting empty? If you remember right I got 4 nobles through that village before you could recall your troops, lucky you they were lazy. By the time I had gotten the train back you had the village stacked. Since I have ~50% morale on you I was not going to waste my time since all I really wanted to do was use those nobles.

You were not a high priority to me since I rarely ever seen you noble anything. I knew if we went after the barb eaters first we could defeat you at a later date. So you owe the fact that you will be one of the last players nobled out because you had not nobled anything since February. You played dead and it worked, congrats.

As far as our cordination, as many have spelled out to you this is just a clean up operation. None of us are nobling with much effort, if you consider it a small victory by surviving a few more days by moving around defenses then more power to you. During our war days we all cordinated together having nukes and nobles all land at the same time with support following right behind it. We were able to defeat our enemies by taking large chunk of villages at a time.

If you can beat it congratulations. For some reason the noble train is 151ms instead of the usual 150ms. The escorting nukes has a 351ms gap if you can "snipe" it.

haha that was a good one I couldn't recall the troops cuz i got carried away playing another game xD btw most of the time I never stacked the village but use the troops that belonged to the village. Reason I stopped nobling barbs was bcuz of jason1661, he hit me hard, really hard, so I though it was best to turn all offensive into defensive. and then after few weeks jason's attacks started to go lesser and lesser until he sent nothing. I'm curious what happened to him? Also I was expecting attacks from you guys but it never came. so I waited and waited and I actually didn't expect to still be in k65 till now. Jason could have kciked me out of k65 if he carried on attacking for another month but he stopped :/ So I was simply waiting.. I even asked SD when is DNY gonna start attacking bcuz I was bored, as bob said for you it is a clean up operation for me it is a survival game :icon_wink: I didn't even think I could have survived the RWP Vs. -R- but I did.

The one playing Jason is also playing other worlds. I thought he was going to finish you off and I think he got bored. I kept telling him to let me know when he was ready to finish the job as I wanted to noble your villages close to mine. When that never happened the whole op on you fizzled.

No, you stacked that village I was trying to take. It had a lot more than 1 village worth of support in it. I no longer have the scout report but I remember it well. I figured eventually you would recall the support, and sure enough you did.

There are remnants of DNY in other worlds. But there will never be another DNY as we knew it in this world. A good majority of the original players have retired from this game.

If there ever was a re-make of DNY in a new world they wouldnt get too far.....not through a lack of any quality, simply because they would get gangbanged purely due to being DNY.
