DNY vs. the little people?

Forums are boring, so i was wondering, what is DNY's diplomacy with all te little people(that are worth "noticing"). Tribes like CELTS and LDK who have been on the dominance map for a while and tribes like BLACK that have recently appered.

For example, CELTS have owned continents 28 and 29 for a long time, right under the noses of DNY, who dont seem to be doing anything to them.

Just wondering here, probably doesnt matter if you do share your diplomacy tho.:)

Red should order all the aforementioned tribes to disband. Anybody who doesn't comply gets annihilated:icon_wink:

Depending on who you ask there are players in this World that thinks other tribes work for us or with us. Besides Enemy, and Oots, I do not think we have diplomacy with anyone.

To add to what red said, although there is no official diplomacy there may be a couple of tribes which we are more reluctant to touch than others :)

e.g. very few would launch on - RD - ;)
And I like to think that the majority of people avoid SUDDEN when possible ;)
