RM Branches currently have 244 members all 3 tribes added together,

SIN Has 273 members between the two,

I Conclude That SIN is the "Mass-recruiting"

You guys do realize that MOST tribes start out by mass recruiting, and then as they get more dominative, they start to pick more carefully, and dismiss more inactives. Now, currently, i do not think any tribes are mass-recruiting (at least in the top 10), because most tribes don't have enough room in their tribe for mass invites.
