just a couple of points... i said subjugated not invaded. in fact it was a kind of invasion when Robert the Bruce came over in 1315 and his brother edward was crowned king in 1316. As a country it has been invaded many times... not least by me a couple of years ago :icon_biggrin:

Secondly, the english educational system is extremely good - particularly our tertiary educational establishments... oxbridge, warwick, LSE etc. I think the reason we don't cover anglo-irish history more could well be the fact that its not a particularly honourable period in britains past.

I recall something about Rastopak rimming yo ass. don't hold a grudge.

yet you are not playing W43 anymore while he is on of the bigger rim players. I know him as very competent and a good team player. I know you for being rimmed in the early stages of this world.

I can't rly share your opinion, more like the very opposite of it.

i must say that i like your story.
and i use rastopak nick name in the game so now everyone knows ;)

now, about little war, i think Britan have problems ;)
i still like them and their villages ;)

wow... I was quite un-aware how controversial our tribe name/profile was. I apologise If i offended anyone who was or wasn't included on the profile. Maybe i should have called it the common wealth, I just liked the idea of a tribe which welcomed all nationalities.

I just thought something historical would be more interesting, as ive done with past tribes such as 'Aquitani Gauls'.
It's no different to anyone calling themselves greeks, or romans etc
