Rejected Don't clear troop template when farm is full but not level 30 yet

Currently if your farm gets full the current troop template put on the village gets removed. This happens regardless if the village is level 30 or not. I'd like the account manager to wait until the farm gets upgraded to level 30 before removing the template.
