When making dynamic groups, I often want one group to comprise of special cases that aren't members of another group.
The problem is this option is only available to manual groups.
I would like it to be available to Dynamic groups as well.
If it was previously not enabled due to complexity programming it, perhaps it can only be used on dynamic groups that don't have any of these dynamic group conditions set, to avoid the chicken or the egg problem.
