I would like to start a tribe on the continent of K54 consisting only of elite players. Never having more than 15-25 members. A tribe that does not rely on sheer numbers, but a good strategy involving active, eager players.
I don't want to do like all the others and "brag" about what experience I have or special skills, because a leader is only as good as the people he commands. I'll be the first to admit that planning beg offensive ops is not my strong suit, but I know a thing or two about keeping the morale up.
What I need from those interested in this tribe is skills in leadership, specially offencive and defencive coordination. And of course the "regular" members. This is not, and will never be a tribe that plays for points.
