Elite tribes

Sorry if this question is newb, but I have been reading a lot of elite tribes and people claiming that there are no elite tribes on W7...
What is an elite tribe?
A tribe that owns a world perhaps, or veterans?
Because I see very large tribes like PTT, MP, TWW...
Surely they are elite due to their size and power?

None of the above named tribes are elite
Closest thing to a Elite tribe in this world is TK (my tribe :icon_cool and perhaps DF (they are rising fast :icon_eek

Barbar is a considerable force, but like mcluiggi said, they dont aim to be a elite tribe
PTT and MP are family tribes (with a pretty good organization, but they are still family tribes)

Its a tribe where people actually cooperate and are willing to give their villages for the sake of the tribe (or another tribe member)
The size doesnt really matter (W1 :icon_rolleyes but its always better to cooperate with less members

elite... hmm... what does word elite remind you of? well propably abot the best...

wlite tribe is tribe with really good members that are the best... TK is group of organized and very experienced members

Personally I think that "Well organized optimized tribe" 's would be classified as more of a family tribe then elite, regardless of what their rank is. However, any tribe that claims that Oblivion Awaits is probably the best there ever was :icon_wink:

i think Troy can be called an elite tribe, all of our members are willing to cooperate and they sacrifise their own troops for other members, AND most of them knows what they're doing

"elite tribe" is just a word people like to throw around. the description of an elite tribe is what almost all tribes strife to be, a group of players that work well together.

My tribe certainly isnt elite though, trying to get support is like trying to get blood from a stone.

and after all the times ive send my troops places for them lol

I think Elite Tribe is not some elite players just in the Tribe.

I think of an elite tribe as having very few members, but most of those members are very good and ranked well.

they don't need to be near eachother, because they can continue to grow without help.

right but the point of having a small member count is that coordination is much stronger and you dont have any dead weight. That can almost be possible with over 100 members like CHE!!! in w6, but most of the time it isnt.
