I was refering to gay as in it's original meaning of "happy" ;)

that's because the word gay in its original meaning has fallen out of use and has been replaced by the new meaning and technically the original was spelt gaye :)

It soon got changed to gay ;)

Anyways, it has a double meaning and most use it in the latter terms...

Same with Faggot meaning a pile of sticks originally, then got used as a type of meat over in the UK as well as refering to "gay" people :p
