Dear players,

EN118 is coming close and for this new world, we would like to give you the opportunity to decide its settings.
Some settings are already fixed and will not be considered for change. Please refrain from still trying to change those as your suggestion will simply be ignored.

We also encourage you to discuss each other's suggestions - based on the feedback we read we will determine the settings.

Fixed settings:

- Noble production: Coins
- Beginners protection ratio: 1:20 for 60 days
- Choose starting direction: Activated
- Victory conditions: Dominance (a tribe needs to hold 70% of villages in the world for 20 days)
- Fake limit: Activated (1%)
- Militia: Activated
- Morale: Activated, points and time based
- Achievements: Activated
- Limit Noble man walking distance: 150 fields
- Flags: Activated
- Bonus Villages: Activated

- Premium Account: Activated
- Account Manager: Activated
- Farm-Assistant: Activated
- Building time reduction: Activated
- Finish immediately: Activated
- Building cost reduction: Activated
- +20% Production: Activated
- Trading with the merchant: Activated

Settings up for discussion below - Please take the mentioned restrictions into account or your suggestion will be ignored. Wherever a range of values is given (eg. 0-2500), give a value in this range.

I think this would offer an interesting combination.

3-level is IMO the best tech system.
Watchtowers are useful for reducing workload on the defender, but paladins deactivated helps the world to not become a defender's paradise (as does support outside tribe being allowed).
Churches combine poorly with watchtowers, and I like watchtowers more, so churches are off.
Strongholds I feel are not rewarding enough to skilled players.
Nightbonus helps solo players a bit, while 50ms timing rewards skilled players a bit more.
Small barbs (I would also be open to the 26 points mentioned before) help make it more difficult for PP whales to just mass-noble barbs and gain a huge advantage.
Limited haul and scavenging are the ones I'm not completely sure about, as combining scav being off with limited/no hauls may simply reward pp whales and give skilled players no option to catch up, so I'm open to those changing. Limited/no hauls is also less impactful when combined with small barbs.
I've also turned on archers because I flipped a coin on it, I don't care at all about that one.

Limited haul restricts how much you can farm each day. Each day the maximum amount you can haul resets and a new, slightly larger limit is in place.

Essentially it prevents players from achieving a big lead and advantage through 24/7 farming, so the gameplay and approach has to be adapted as well :)

Limited haul basically means there are people who think this game is not slow enough already as it is, so they want to remove or limit haul so it can be even slower lol. I still think limited haul/no haul is by far most retarded option in this game.

just make world like it used to be at the start of tribalwars... though there are not enough players to make that profitable
no premium functions and an anti intern system would be nice too, as lots of players get big by interning, they even do it on the tournament

limited haul on a PP boost world, is just saying, hey we want you all to buy recourses because we limit your farm ...

Support outside tribe not allowed but I think tribe limit should be more than 30. Even 40 would be good. It helps with less family tribes that way. The other settings I could care less.
