Firstly you were not the only account in that world nauz, while alex may have been speaking about you directly my post clearly wasn't. And I am not sure when "try hard" became a pejorative but it seems like a silly one. I hardly think trying to do well at something, anything you enjoy is a bad thing. Do your own thing.

Deadend jobs don't solve your problems, they just postpone them.

Some of the best people I've met worked dead end jobs their entire lives. Some rich people I know worked "dead end jobs" and invested properly and are extremely well off now. Some people making 150k a year I've seen go bankrupt utterly and totally mishandling their finances. Not to get too esoteric here, but some people, including myself at times, have very little care for worldly possessions, I see money as a means to an ends, and my ends require it. Others may not require as much, or the cost, or opportunities were not there for them so they do with less, I don't think more or less of either. I don't think money solves problems, as over stated as that is. It just morphs the problems you have.

$150,000 a year is well into the top 10% of the US, wayyyyy, wayyyy into the top 1% of the world. Just because there's people richer doesn't mean it isn't rich.

The world poverty line is 1 dollar a day to apply your principles someone on minimum wage in america, or as they are some times called the working poor, would be middle class at the very least if not upper middle class. Then again I cannot feed a family for 2 dollars here so applying world statistics without adjusting them is borderline retarded. I know you're not this stupid, perhaps you should consider giving up failed arguments eventually. Rich is an abstract quantifying it is not as simple as you seem to think it is. I've never met a rich person making 150,000 dollars a year, where their wealth was based off that salary. And given this was an old argument, the specifics were about a family, and in that situation 150,000 dollars a year, in New Jersey of the United States of America is simply middle class. Sometimes i think you're illiterate! Anyway I don't make so much. I just punch some number and letters together, I dont have more than 200 dollars in my checking account normally! And Ive certainly never "sold" premium to anyone.............................. I routinely give premium away to anyone in any of my tribes who need it. For free :O

Humm I'd have to take some time to study, black jack I'm down for though Im fairly proficient at card counting. It's not really all that hard actually, its honestly harder to understand the table than to actually count the cards.

I was thinking some Texas Hold 'em. (my preference)

Maybe some 5 or 7 card stud? (I'd have to brush up on how exactly to play though).
