Farming target gave me account sitting privileges

"I am thinking of quitting so am going to give you the sitter mode of me so that you can control and farm me for your needs"

Obviously, I can't farm him while account sitting him. This is the first time a farming/possible noble target gave me account sitting privileges...lol.

Anyone in a similar situation before? Is there a way whereby I can make the target a perfect nobling target for myself by upgrading several buildings and still noble the target at the opportune time without violating game rules regarding account sitting?

Build the village up to your specification, then cancel the account sit. 24 hours later, hey presto! You can magically noble him!
