First church

As I recall on other worlds you could demolish the "First church" and move it elsewhere. Have this world's settings changed or something? I cannot seem to do it...

P.S. Yes, my HQ is above 15 level.

if you have more then one church you cant, you'll have to noble your first church village to move it
