More importantly to kkey and Will you have my apology for accusing you of getting my players banned. I got bits and pieces of convos and jumped to conclusions. Poor form on my part. Leadership in Solo knew nothing about the sit otherwise we would have had it rightfully passed back to Jesters. I'm still gathering all the facts but apologize for the actions of a few of my players for not taking the high road.

Loyalty is to the tribe members I agree with that and could care 2 hoots about a duke. Since I've being in a tribe with retarded dukes before. Their is a difference between leading a tribe and holding the status of a leader. Yes all councils argue. I prefer being in a council that argues than one that does not. It means that different solutions are being brought up. What I do not agree on and will blast a council for is treating a player with higher points more favorably then a player with lower points. That's BS right there. At the end of the day there are real people behind those accounts each deserving of equal respect. Another thing is the council members would say they doing X and Y meanwhile they do jack! If you are I hope you'll be included in the council (ingame & on skype) and then you will understand my frustration and see how greatly things have changed from the time of the original fools. Even Simon (Puddykins) left the council chat once. He was the one who gave me sole duke privs and removed his and Garsy's privs. He also wanted me to takeover his account, but i valued the significance of my account too much to have it merged or fade away. That has changed.

O trust me this account will be taking it out on the field quite soon. I do have old grievances to settle with a zomby member (~^,) Fools will remain untouched by me you have my word. That is unless i receive attacks from any member. As for the truth. I have to disagree with you on that. You see I have not played this long in a world before. Around 2 million is my max. So I do not know how a "mature world" is suppose to act or flow, but I am not a person who just goes with the flow. And if its so insignificant then why does this thread have over 900 views within only 4 days? This is the fastest viewed thread in over 8 weeks. I know because I always look at the views of each thread to see how much people are reading and how much people are replying.

You may be right. Fools once stood at about 90% probability of winning again and it has now slipped down to about 60% probability. And it continues to slip day by day, not greatly but it is slipping. Until it reaches a plateau and once it hits that plateau I will play my trump card

You see my battle, my strategy is not one done with nukes and cats. Its a battle of the mind. Fools has played an excellent political game to win the world the first time. Something criticized greatly. It did not win because it fought wars for months. It won because it was smart. It recruited the best from the enemies, thus making their morale weaker. Now fools stands without diplomacy and it stands without the ability to recruit its enemies.

The only most probable hope fools has is if i stop my actions against fools. And either rejoin them or delete. You need to remember the mere action of me leaving or rather my account leaving fools and those that joined my cause have given the world great hope to win.

There are a lot of fools members that are in there just because it is easier and more convenient to grow their own accounts. They have no burning passion to win the world, some do most don't. But the world have a deep desire to over through fools, they are highly motivated and hopeful. In this regard fools is at a very low disadvantage.

However since you are around this gives fools great hope. As i have much love, admiration and respect for the original fools (Excluding Garsy) So you are somebody i'd be willing to work with (~^,) I once did extend an invitation to work with fools, I just could not be in a tribe that would not correct its faults, because it acknowledged none. Know that only once you identify a problem can you find a solution for it. However that invitation was turned down by Garsy.[/spoil]

I want to add that to the best of my knowledge Swendog was the only leader from both Fools and Solo that gave his premium points away to others that could not be included for the win. I think Khey might have but i dont think so and if other solo leaders gave theirs away i do not know. I gave mine to my only co-player phasey. Who does not play TW anymore. But he is returning to this account in June. :icon_cool: I see top 3 being achieved with minimal effort once he rejoins this account. I'm well liked in this world, but Phasey was well loved.

FYI i was never in council ,may be someone added me in the skype chat but that doesnt mean i am/was in council.
Regarding my inactivity,yes i am inactive.I help the account when no one is there.(as i am busy in another world) BUT for last few days i am loggin more as I am getting really interested in your PnP.

Defu and a solo account got banned because Defu had the sit of Julian Ceaser and passed it onto solo. Julian ceaser was account sat the whole time after the player left and joined the Fekfek account.

So what are the odds that an account that had no player for weeks or months would return in a matter of days of Defu leaving fools and then reporting Defu to the mods? I would say that the player on fekfek still had access to his original account and managed to get another person to log in and report defu or he himself logged in. Forget logging in but still having access to 2 accounts on one world is forbidden. So guess who's gonna get banned? And this time it wont be a solo player (~^,)

I know the rules better than any player in this game. My knowledge of the rules rivals most ingame mods, its near to the level of Senior Ingame Mods. You see the MAX-BURN account has got around 30 support tickets sent in. So that excludes the various other accounts i've played on before. I keep up to date with the rules. Some I forget, that is why i usually read them every couple months to refresh my memory.

Defu was not reported for "account pushing" but he was reported for a breach of the account sitting rules. The fact that a sat account has to be played for its own benefit. Anyway I should of used better wording the last time. Defu was in a "ban" state while he would appeal the ban or accept punishment. He did not get banned at that time but was in a ban state. I can gladly report that Defu has being cleared of all allegations So he did nothing wrong as I expected.

However you hated on the fact that he was account pushing? Right. The fact that he pushed an account is considered by both of you to be pathetic. So think of fools council as pathetic. This is what you understand by a push account or as you say "account pushing"

So I have known something that is indeed fact while you thought it to be true for over 3 years. The fact that you two knew about account pushing means you have played for a good deal of time before the rule changed. As that rule no longer shows up on the current rules.

Tom is a great guy and a great player, he had good intentions as he was directed by Bang Goes The Draw to collect passwords and emails upon other information. When I told him that it was illegal and stated the rule to him. He sent a circular out immediately telling everyone not to send passwords. He sent it twice by mistake. Sid if you think i'm lying go and ask Tom. So if I was always apart of the problem as you now like to say. I could of waited, reported those actions and got your account banned along with others. But I saved accounts from being banned. But tell me why was it that Bang Goes The Draw, your ever so glorious leader did not tell Tom that what he did was illegal?[/spoil]

Something you may also not know. There is a something a kin to another set of rules that is available to the public. Something that works in conjuction with the rules and infact guides a lot of the rules that everyone reads and knows. I'll let you find out what they are (~^,)

But i'll stick to the simplest situations i can think off. Sending resources to other players are against the account owners interest. Demolishing buildings are against the owners interests. Self attacks are against the owners interests. So they could gift away some villages as directed by the account owner but this does not mean they can go and do whatever they want that would be seen as acting against the owner's interests.

Hence why a third party can not send in a support ticket stating that the account sitter abused the sit. The account owner itself must send in the support ticket, because only the account owner would know if the account sitter acted against its interests. There are a few exceptions to that. Like if you know the account sitter is sending resources to another player.

The purpose of that particular sentence was most likely to give the account owners the option of reporting such actions that went against their interests. And to warn account sitters that they can not do what they like but must always act in the account owner's interests.[/spoil]

Hypocrite? You said so yourself, account pushing has not been illegal since 2010. The point of contention here is not account pushing was committed but whether or not the actions of a person sitting in for the account wasn't in the best interest of the owner. But then again I am no expert in this. Just following the logic of your statements.

Agreed. So was the owner's interest violated when someone sitting for his account decided to do something that he vehemently disagrees with? I think that is the simplest way you can look at it.

As you can see the account had no owner as Julian took up a new account and thus became the secondary owner of the fekfek account, abandoning his old one. The account had no owner. The Tw team found no guilt with Defu hence he is not being banned or punished in anyway.

Leadership in Solo knew nothing about the sit otherwise we would have had it rightfully passed back to Jesters.
