1. Set reports per page to 101.
2. Select all reports and forward them to a player.
3. This will silently fail, the player will not receive a report bundle and there is no error message for the sender.
Working Reproduction:
4. Repeat steps 1-2 except uncheck 1 report in step 2 so only 100 are sent and it will be successful.

When a player forwards more than 100 reports at once, the reports fail to send with no notification. This results in many lost battle reports between members.
