Well I always think it's fun to catch a group of scouts at home, almost no damage at all done to yourself, if those swords weren't there he'd have lost like 5 axes. Just some easy oda, is it post worthy? I agree with ya, probably not, but he did sort of resurrect this thread a bit, when was the last time someone posted here before that?

I'm kind of in agreement with EJ on this one.
It's just a scout village being caught at home while some guy sleeps.. zzZZzzz...

There is something fundamentally wrong with Tribalwars.

As far as virtual games go, this just doesn't work right. The more skilled players are beaten by the more active ones.

The more skilled and active players are defeated by the useless players who gang up at every opportunity. (it being 'part of the game' of course)

Players who send a noble with a ram escort are still thriving on w32. Same with any world...

If they didn't die (assuming there was no troops in there and wall) they still had a chance on nobling the village (assuming the loyalty was very low >.>)

The same is true of any 24/7 ever evolving mmo game.
You take that same skilled player, and add activity to him, and he's a beast. (exceptions to every rule of course)

The same is true of real life, where those who are more active in life, can out perform those who are smarter, more skilled, more efficient.
You take that smarter, more skilled, more efficient person, and add activity into his life, and he becomes Bill Gates. (obviously exceptions to every rule)

These are the reasons I gave up on MMO's like Ultima Online & WoW, and will likely never play another one again.
They suck your time, with little of substance to show, while the retards who can't get jobs, run around in droves, mocking you because they have flamboyantly orange armor and are beating you senseless, while not having to defend themselves cuz their hitpoints are 4x what yours are at the same level. And the argument was always, those with more time are better, but the reality is those with more time, have gained more assets over time, and therefore have better odds automatically regardless of their skill level.

It's a fact we have to live with unfortunately.

Note: I apologize in advance for anyone I offended with the use of the word retard. It just seemed fitting.

To most people who use the word "retard" it no longer actually means a handicapped person, just means an idiot so I don't care, same thing with the word "gay", when I use it it has nothing to do with a person, pretty much means lame now.

But I do agree with your thing about how it's a shame such poor players are still in this world, clearing with defense, 6 second trains (at his best, minute long ones at his worst)

A few other large (at least twice my size) players in Sky doing the same thing.

lets not get into the whole "he did this, she did that" thing, as it is definitely a two way street, and both sides are doing bad attacks.

It actually is a smart method of nobling a village..

Usually you send your offense with your nobles to take out whatever is in the village.. but add a couple nukes in front of that train with defense troops with it.. it'll be harder to snipe as the defense will be there.

Also makes it really hard to noble yourself when you're nobling with defense :D

Nukes in front. Defense in nobles. Tight trains ftw

If the nobles were close together I'd agree with you, but they're spread pretty far apart, and so far he's only sent 3 nobles total to the village, so he was only trying to clear it with defense.

Im sure most of us are jumping to assumptions which were most likely not considered by the attacker......but perhaps its such....well erhm..."unusual" attks which give innovation to the crop of better players to improvise such seemingly nooby attks to their benefit XD.

Absolutely, it's free ODA. And I lost nearly nothing with that...

I know of extremely skilled players that send nobles minutes, even hours apart. Why? 1 sec trains are SO easy to key, especially in the face of massive incoming attacks. Its a pattern, and noticeable.

Yeah, but the most incoming I've had since the war started has been 1.1k for about a week straight, you'll need allot more than that to make me mess up with trains. Plus the average amount I've had total has been about 500 at any given point, not quite a mass amount.

thats why id use 5 noble trains and just space em out, doesnt matter with the timings as long as fakes and such is mixed into those attacks.
