You know that neither of the two would stop my player from attacking you. Although I appreciate the more polite attempts, I understand the more direct approach. I won't say the common "you should just quit" or "we're not going to stop attacking you" crap. I won't try to make you feel like my tribe is superior. No, instead, I'll be honest. And in all honesty, there are certain actions that can be taken to prevent my player from farming you. Those actions begin with what you can do in your village, and not what I will or won't do because of this message.

It's neither.
It's not an act of war as a war is childish at this moment.
And I'm not saying it's childish because "it'll just harm us both," I'm saying it's childish because there are no nobles, and hardly any siege weaponry, in this world. Farming raids do not constitute a war, it merely constitutes what it's name suggests: farming.

If I were to tell my players to not attack you and your tribe, they would oblige... But I have no reason to tell them to not attack you.

Again, you misunderstand. It's not that I don't have control over my members, it's that I encourage my members to farm anyone and everyone. If you consider this petty disagreement between tribes a war, then you are sorely mistaken, for you may consider me or my players an enemy worth warring, but me and my players will never think of you as anything more than farms worth raiding.

A tribe should ally because it can offer its members protection. This is good for the weaker members so that they may grow to be stronger because it lowers the chances of an attack. Also, you and your allies can work together on a co-attack on a person or tribe and be more successful than the participants by themselves.

As many as they can. There isn't anything called having to many friends. However it is also very important to have NAP's because you cannot trust everyone. Like I said to you earlier more allies means you can work together to demolish another tribe or another member.

Don't feel bad. You just want to make sure that we are a good tribe. A tribe should merge with another tribe so that they are stronger. Its like the old saying 2 heads are better than one. Two tribes together are stronger than apart. Then they can work together and be much more influential in their area because they are stronger.

I don't think that there should be a limit. The more members the better. More members means you can do more things. All members should be on the same K though.

If I take out your buildings, then you can't spend your resources on anything. If you want to play only to irritate me, it's up to you. Either that or restart and you can have a new beginning. It only takes a few days to get where you are now, if you don't restart, you'll be stuck at this point until you quit of boredom.
