Simplified:-
The terms for a peaceful end to this war will require the following:-
1. BLOC publicly states that it was they that was losing the war and that due to their already insurmountable losses, they have decided to surrender. (I know they will disagree with that one)
2. All BLOC players on any non-K42 and non-K44 north-western K's and all BLOC in the north-east above the half-way mark between K25 and 45 (stretches east to the rim) will be relocated to BLOC territory and no new BLOC fortresses will be built in any of these places.
3. BLOC and TRIAD will not enter one another's territory and as such, there should be no problem with attacks.
4. BLOC will not send attacks against Suigen that include nobles, nor will they send support.
5. The REL NAP with FEAR is to be removed.
6. All REL players that have fallen under attack (even fakes) by [DT] or UNIRO members are to be released by BLOC and consumed (by whomever the territory now belongs to).
(this one was my personal suggestion)
7. All ex-TPA players will be removed from CLOROX and if they form a coherent mass, they will be put on all BLOC enemy lists.
