I don't usually run my tribe like this but for this world I've decided to go with a moe ruthless approach.
If players aren't growing fast enough or farming constantly then they will be kicked for someone who is.

To be completely honest with you mate, i think you are well on your way to dominating this world. Might i suggest a name change to xHARDCOREx with a tribe tag as xHARDx? And if you do decide to do that, also read up again on the settings for this world, it could come in handy.
