I remember reading something about them trying to create a NAP but never heard if it actually happened. If so, what are the terms?

I am pretty dissapointed Garuda won't be finishing off kinky. I guess we all know where Garuda will be expanding next, watch out =III= is the only tribe that borders Garuda that doesn't have diplomacy with it.

Who knows, maybe Garuda will pull a fast one and attack the V-V-V northern cluster.
