I liked the cheat where like, you talked to the old guy in the 2nd city, flew to cinnibar, and surfed in the water till you found a missingo, then it gave you like, x99 of w/e the first item was. Totally did it w/ master balls and hyper potions and those ultra-revives or w/e it was.
