download a cleaner such as "CCLEANER" run it to delete all logs and temp files and you will then get front page to include W1 to 42.
the game leaves a cookie and if it knows you are on much later game it removes options to log into much earlier ones so the front log in page might only show option to join W20 to W42.
remove temp files is really the key as Drew has said many times!
