My active shows red in the tribe even thou I'm active daily. Can this be fixed before TW drops my account for inactivity?

TW makes us sign in at least once a day, most day's more then once. That hasn't fixed it. How do I send in a support ticket?

It's a big problem that the TW Admins aren't responding to, dunno why, but it's happening across worlds and to many people. Happened to 2 SIKE! Members the other day.

I sent in a ticket, and I was told that this would be taken care of in the next update.
