the TM vs GRINGR war should change the face of k76 dramatically :D

awesome.

well let me shed some light on the issue as a T-M member:

GRIGNR had already given us a 48 hour-ceasefire to do some reshuffling, leaving, etcetc, leaving what i expect to be, totally nothing (meaning the tribe's gonna go buh bye~)

T-M's path was on a downhill slide the day that we had an inactive on one of our higher point member (talentfan), then some of the leaders. In the end, we had a sh*t load of problems trying to defend him because we're shuffling between managing his account and our own. We did pretty well at first but as time passes, some of us have other real life issues to deal with rather than sit home in front of the comp all day to play tribal wars.

Still, that is no excuse for why we lost.

Besides the fact that GRIGNR was getting tonnes of support from CULT and OT in the area (when we took their village we saw cult/ot incomings), we realized that GRIGNR had a lot of dedicated and skilled players (stacking 10 attacks and a noble waves to hit in 10secs leaving no room to dodge) and soon it became a battle of numbers (which we lacked).

..Maybe we would have stood a chance if we had our original strength together?

My answer was yes, but seeing how CA is having a ceasefire with GRIGNR, our chances of victory literally fell to nil. Reliance on the CA to take off pressure from GRIGNR was our protection, now that that's gone, it is highly unlikely that we can take the whole battalion of vrrr krrr zrrr (w/e you spell it)

So yeah, save it on the history lesson, we've known it, but it isn't applicable because those tribes weren't as small as us compared to you. As some have said, it's just some rim tribe VS the top 7th tribe, not some victory that takes a lot to get. Still, a wins a win and i gotta give it to you; we got vrrr krrr zzzed

1 inactive and it crambles?

Damn that's weird!

You clearly have no idea about the number of inactives in TOP ranked tribes.

Having 10 attacks, nobles and some support in 10s is standard procedure. There are ways to counter that. It wasn't me though cause I had 12s.

Dude you are losing your touch. Tell ya those GRIGNR guys, they'll let any riff raff in ;-)

On topic though, I am glad to see GRIGNR allied with my old friends :-)

in a way yes, kinda. The trouble is with account sitting. Unlike your tribe, only the top 10++ participates in the war =l

That's plenty of time to dodge and stop the noble taps.

Indeed. Not everyone is active at the right time though. Best thing I pulled from all that was 3s between last clearance, nobles and 2 supports.

But the guy probably wasn't even online.

Account sitting is part of the tribe management.

I know ppl who had 8 sittings or more.
Most I had was 4.

Its all about commitment to the tribe.

not true, our allies have supported us but are busy with there own conflicts, we have been 90% supporting ourselves this entire battle.

NOPE

SaP was a MUCH smaller tribe than you. like 4 mill compared to your 15mil. And they took 4x longer to break. looks like you needed the history lesson after all.

well, not sure about that, but i'll give you the benefit of a doubt even though we saw a lot of CULT support coming when we took some villages, probably the 10%

NOPE
that was a rhetoritical qns, i said the answer WAS yes meaning i thought so but it isn't

As i said, you didn't read, i said relative to GRIGNR. Yeah they were 4mil points, but you guys weren't 22 mil either, look at the ratios and the rankings

there you go

EDIT: Due to my inexperience in using twplus, i was unable to look up GRIGNR's points in that time, i'm doing this by mere spectulation so correct me if i'm wrong.

as for changing the face of k76. well. k76 is ROA property so... Stay off my continent!

thanks for the semi-props, knacrasis.

yeah, for the record, we got very, very little allied support
in this. point diff is certainly applicable, but you guys definitely
had regional strength and regional allied strength over us.
nevertheless, a good fight for the most part. most of you
are quite respectable and we understand that it's rough to
defend vs such a point diff. 2 of your members in specific
got you into this war, i believe as you said relying on the CA
war to be a "shield" of sorts. alas, we don't take attacks on
our guys lightly.

i won't be discussing any details of any sort of cease fire
deal in pub, true or not. you guys in t-m know what's up.

also thanks to our allies, and imori in specific, for cheering
us on. good luck to you guys as well!

as for SaP, well, that's an entirely different story altogether.
thinking that we had a huge advantage in that war is silly, due
to our level of commitment in it. but that's water under the
bridge, will happily clue in anyone who wishes to know the
full story. my mailbox is always open.
