Failed Vote Group Setting Unit, option ANY in drop down menu

Can we get option ANY in selection of troops for Automatic groups options?

I want to use so if any troops are in number more than 100 for example village will belong to group.

Or it can be an option in population filter as the number of population troops (from that village) that is at home.

if you do not use the filter you can't define the number. So there is no option to say if there are 100 troops of any kind in the village I want that village to be member of scavenging group (for example).
