Cool holiday. Belgium is also responsible for the death of hundreds of thousands(maybe million(s)) of black ppl in Congo and Rwanda back in the days. We should have a holiday for that to to be cool, just like the US

May I add that most other European(and also non-european) countries/empires were even a lot worse then Belgium back in the colonial days, and some countries are still playing the colonial games ondu.

Belgium never had slavery But then again, thats because we had to liberate ourselves from the oppression of france and then from holland so we didn't want to oppress other peoples ourselves, and Belgium was only officially formed in 1830.
