Hauls?

I have looked around in many different places and have wondered, is this world a farming world or a no hauls world?

Safe to assume it's hauls. If it was no-hauls or limited, it would be stated.

Farm Rule has nothing to do with whether you can haul or not. The farm rule is set mainly for Speed of HP rounds where a certain limit is placed upon defending power.

Say it was 150, then per farm level 150 units will be classed as support, so if you have a level 30 farm, 4,500 units will be classed as support and thus battle at a lesser percentage than those aren't. Meaning if you have 10,000 swords, only 5,500 will defend at their full strength whilst the other 4,500 will be defending at a set percentage less.
