well good sir
firstly you must create your own tribe
then click invite for everybody within your 7x7
then 9x9, 13x13 etc etc until max invites have been sent

and you have yourself a winning tribe

Ive been leveling the building called the market a lot. Thats good right?

Yeah but you should consider upgrading hiding place to at least lvl 7 before going past lvl 1 market.
