Well you see, your troops? They simply can't haul all resources... Most likely because you've already reached your daily haul limit...

It does help if you read the worlds settings before joining and asking stupid questions like this. There are plenty of TW help files.

If you have read *You can not loot res* It is because you have been sending your troops out to much. They suffer from battle fatigue as TW as decided to add realism to the game. Simply give them a weeks rest, and they should get back to normal. Be careful though. If you keep sending them, they may come back with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder which means they will never fight again.
