im relatively new to the game and need help setting up some scripts basic or advanced 
help with any script

Hello @kidharrison93,
Since you are new to the game I would recommend to take a look at:
(sometime it's just easier to just start playing though, you will find Mentor's ingame too so that helps to get you up to speed).
Now, regarding your question. what exactly do you want to know regarding scripts?
I would recommend, start by checking the public approved scripts forum:
All the scripts listed there are approved. If you have a premium account, you can get the script from the forum and add it as a quick-bar item.
