Use a script. I would suggest cheesesaurus's one as it's pretty good.

If scripts aren't your thing the ratios are 15:6:3:2

Script forum link:
script:
Code:
javascript:
(window.TwCheese && TwCheese.tryUseTool('ASS'))
|| $.ajax('https://cheesasaurus.github.io/twcheese/launch/ASS.js?'
+~~((new Date())/3e5),{cache:1});void 0;

Best way is just to use ratios then. It's harder to calculate yourself on the fly but its something like this:

highest category: 1
second highest: 1.5
third highest: 3
4th highest: 7.5

So in numbers of troops it would be something like this:

highest category: 100 spear
second highest: 150 spear
third highest: 300 spear
4th highest: 750 spear

they would end up all having the same runtime. Ofcourse the more troops the more complicated that becomes, hence why we use scripts
