No i assumed, as the war had been going on a matter of days, they were at war still. Then after my post i went to check out the players of both tribes to find them all under one banner. hence the edit.

To be honest, I do not think they merged. Not all of TM appeared to have joined, so like us in Yarr, I think they copied and had Selective Recruitment to better assist their area

I'm from Yarr, and I agree we haven't made the best decisions all the time.

I can say that whichever tribe you're in definitely does not practice selective recruitment.
