Upgrade your hiding place
Build up your wall and farm and keep dropping militia every time he comes by.
try to use up all your resources and it won't be interesting for him anymore to farm your village.
You can also consider restarting somewhere else sometimes thats better in the long run because this will put you quite far behind.
