Seeing as how Escape is also sitting people like Kirk when Edict ran an op on Apex (and then stacked other members), I'd say Escape is the biggest offender here. They aren't just sitting allies in this big war, but also other random accounts in other wars. Apex wasn't even under attack by Obey, but having Edict take out Apex was apparently too much of a threat to Escape.

You guys can say what you want about Skinny but he was so loyal to you even though he knew he was about to loose his whole account. The day before we launched on VAPE I had a word with Skinny to try and get him to join ESCAPE/VAPE because he is a good friend of mine from W91. He said No because he did not want to leave you guys. The only reason he did what he has done is because VAPE never did anything to help him at all , I asked him for information and he also said no. In my eyes you guys have lost a top tier player and Escape have gained another top tier player.

Then you try to merge WLDD and Edict. to fight Escape, after that plan failing you decide to join Escape.
After joining Escape you try to rally people to join Escape.
