How do I get my account back?

I’ve emailed and I can’t seem to get a response. My account was deleted and I want to get it back. What do I need to do to get this done?

It’s the same name as this account.

Thanks for responding. I’ve been trying to communicate with innogames for a while and couldn’t get a response. I was hoping to not have to start over with flags and PP.

A tip for the future. Try to logg into every month or so. Make an account and go to the Casual world with it. If you logg in now and then you will keep the account. And yes it is the GDPR law that does it. Earlier you could be off for more than a year at the time and still have your account left. I have this account that I don't use regulary and I start worlds now and then just to keep it alive.
