Well i cant take a screen shot of it ... but agh crap its like a f'ed up U it spreads out like a V with the U curve ..... will u just tell me how to get like my pic to save after i work on it ..... look at my avatar .... that was expose to be RED.... AGH

If you are using GIMP you can go to the layers, transparecy then colour to alpha,
On paint I have no clue, I've never really used it to create anything but the screenshots.
