If you could assemble a band of any musicians of your choice, who would it be?
Don't just pick the 'greatest', pick those that you think would work well together.


I would like to see:

Singer: Mike Patton
Guitar: Buckethead
Bass: Les Claypool
Drums: Terry Bozzio

I think they would be epic together.

Guitar - Tom Morello (Rage Against the Machine/Audioslave) (Buckethead would have been my pick, but KS beat me to it)
Bass - Chris Wolstenholme (Muse)
Drums - Danny Carey (Tool)just in front of Keith Moon

Now, I can't decide on on but I think this would be a cool combo; (Either or)

Vocalist: Chris Cornell/James Hetfield/Myles Kennedy/Kurt Cobain.
Lead Guitar: Kirk Hammett/Slash/Jimmy Page/John Petrucci.
Bass: Flea/Cliff Burton, yeeeewwwww.
Drums: Mike Portnoy/The Rev.

I'd list more people for each but I figured that would defeat the purpose of this. :p Great idea though Fin. :)

And yeah, I realize I listed three Metallica members but I've always been a fanboi.

Lead Guitar: Slash/Jimmy Page
Rythmn Guitar: The Edge (take that, U2!)/John Frusciante
Bass: Flea, hands down.
Drums: Taylor Hawkins

Back-up-do-anything dude: Dave Grohl. He just has to be in it.
