There's an entire market dedicated, and localized to Arabic here: https://www.tribalwars.ae/. So it's not likely the international market will start supporting Arabic any time soon. Generally speaking it's only the international English, and the merged language versions for Croatian, Danish, Norwegian, Slovenian, Swedish and Thai we support here on .net.
