Yes but there are ways to do it and not get caught..
example...
friend next door has a wireless router with no security, and you have 2 computers in your house....
or
have a account with your phone that you use to post online and not play.
or
.....
Im just saying that for each trap that is put in place 1,000+ minds will work to find a way around it.:icon_cry:

Well, if the internet filter is implemented next year as just announced by the Australian government, it's conceivable (but not by any means reasonable or fair) that the likes of tw makes it on a RC list and the only way us Aussies can access tw is through tor/privoxy or an http/s proxy ":icon_cry:
