So, anyway, back on topic!!! I need a W39 tribe. And not a wimpy one like Rawr on W38, okay? And NorthWest would be great, BUUUUUUT, other quadrants are fine, >.<

Perhaps, what can you offer me that other tribes cannot? How many members do you have? How many members do you plan to have? What is more important? Points or army? and Tribe average or tribe total points? What experience do YOU have?
