Seems to me Ill is comparable to Russia, from the moment you declare on them your tribe will slowly decline and end up disbanding itself.

^ Like the analogy, but I think Ill is more like Afghanistan.
Both Dream. & Vodka! were tribes with villas spread over 4K while Ill had the same respective amount of villas stuffed into 1 K.
