In the premium exchange, why do you need merchants to sell resources but not to buy resources?

When you buy resources, it is the seller's responsibility to deliver the goods. You don't go to an Ebay vendor's home when you buy something from them, do you? Pretty standard practice in just about every facet of life.

no, I just go to elon musk's house and give him the money then wait for him to bring me the product. next are you going to equate trading res to a craigslist?

actually, let's get into this. I thought it was paypal's responsibility to get the money where it goes and FedEx's responsibility to deliver the goods. You don't go to elon musk's house everytime you buy something and then wait for jeff bezos to deliver it, do you?
