Apparently, he wanted to give some of the other tribes left a chance to catch up to INSO, so he asked TW to take away some of his villages.
Zach - I commend your efforts and think that you did a wonderful deed to try and help them out... I expect you to get kicked from INSO though for doing this without the council's knowledge.

Nope, he sent in a support ticket asking for them to take villages to give other tribes/players a chance. I can post a screen shot if you'd like.

Might I add that NEB is going to lose this war. they only have about 8 active members and they suck and on top of it they actually let me in. LMAO!!!!!
