Is "The.Tool" new name for "xshahzad"

Looking at the stats recently I wanted to see how xshahzad was doing as there was significant lack of presence in forums. When I looked at this I got this:

Clicking on the link for W56 got me this profile:

which in turn showed me this:

Could it be this is the same player??

In answer to your question, yes The.Tool is the same account as xshahzad although the original player quit in January and now no longer plays W59.
