Is there supposed to be a Paladin quick recruit item?

Hi all, just got back to the game after a long time.
The new missions system is... interesting. A question though. I am at the recruit a paladin mission and the arrows keep taking me back to the village and from what I remember, there used to be a way to instantly recruit the PAladin. Is that gone? Or is there something mission on Inno's side?

W120 is using the simple pally system, in that system you cant instant revive paladins. However on worlds with 10 Paladins (and skill books) you would be able to instant revive that first pally!
