So this script

I've been having an issue with it that started today. I click on the quick bar link, and the only thing that happens is the rotating symbol (The one before it loads the script the crossed swords with a shield that spins) and nothing happens after this point. I've tried it on multiple web browsers: opera, chrome, firefox, and none of them are able to load the script. Can anyone help?
