I think it's never really been a war. And Madhat probably wanted TEC to stop attacking them--mutual understanding perhaps?

Dam you told everyone our secret.. yup, we are all sitting here doing nothing.. saving every last noble.. can't waste any.. just need to save them up for 3 years and then we can noble everything at once.
